Shopping Online:
Using our shopping cart system, buy as many BUFF®s as you want. We will make
every attempt possible to ship your order 100% complete. If for any reason there
are back orders, a PlanetBuff customer service representative will contact you
via email.
Ordering by phone:
Call our qualified customer service experts that are ready to take your phone
order. Please have your credit card ready when you call us.
Ordering by Fax:
There are 2 ways to place a fax order with us:
You may order by fax 24 hours a day.
#1) Fill out the order form on the shopping cart as you would normally do to
purchase BUFF®s from us. Procede all the way
to the "Order Confirmation
Page". Before completing your transaction using this method, print up your
order. Then fax this page to us at 858-755-1194. Be careful not to click Submit
Order.
#2) You may also write your name, email address, phone number, address, and credit
card information on a piece of paper, with the BUFF®s that you want to purchase.
Please use the numerical numbers associated with each BUFF when you order using
this method. Then fax it to us at above noted fax #. Please insure to include
your credit card number, expiration date, and signature as well as ship to information.
If you're ship to information is different from the billing address on your credit
card, please include that as well.
We will call you as soon as possible after receipt of your fax order, to imform
you of your order status.
Ordering by Mail:
Customers who wish to order by check or money order may do so by mailing the
printout from method # 1, or the sheet with all pertinent information from method
#2 noted above. Then mail this form, as well as your personal check or money
order and mail to the PLANETBUFF address listed below. Please allow 12 business
days for a personal check to clear before we ship your order.

Timing of your order:
We will make every effort to ship your order complete within 2 business days.
If you contact us early enough in the day, we will do our best to ship you your
order that same day.
Paying with Credit Card
We accept credit card payment for online orders. Please provide the "bill
to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement.
During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the "Bill
to" information you provided matches the information on file with your credit
card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot
verify the "Bill to" information or the information does not match
the address information on file.
Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you
ordered.

Sales Tax
Consumers outside the state of California will not be
charged sales Tax. Within the state of California, you will be charged 7.75%.
Shipping Charges
PlanetBuff.com exclusively uses USPS for all delivery services.
USPS Priority Mail® Features:
- Expedited delivery of your packages at economical rates, starting at $4.60
- Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination.
- Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes and military addresses.
- Saturday and residential delivery are available at no additional charge.
If you are having your package shipped Express Mail, this will include tracking information as well as proof of delivery with signature. After your order has been processed by the PlanetBuff customer service department, you will be provided via email this tracking number.
USPS Express Mail® Features:
- The fastest way to send packages that need to be there in a hurry, at rates
starting at $16.25.
- Next-day delivery is guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations, or your money back.
- Insured automatically up to $100 against loss or damage. Additional merchandise insurance is available up to $5,000.
- Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
- Available 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.
- Includes proof of delivery with signature upon request and tracking information.
Back Orders
If there are any backorders, a PlanetBuff customer
service representative will contact you either thru email or phone.
Can I Change My Order?
Only if your order has not been processed.
We process orders quite quickly. If for any reason you need to change your order,
please call our Customer Service Dept at 858-755-1193 as quickly as possible.
Return
Policy
You can return all unworn merchandise to us within 21 days of your date of purchase.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to receive
a full refund. If the merchandise returned, is not in the original condition,
then youre order will be returned back to you and would not qualify for a refund.
We will 1st contact you to let you know of this situation.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be approved in advance. You will be issued a return authorization,
and this number must be written on the outside of your package.
We will refund your credit card the appropriate amount within 5 business days
of receiving your shipment. You will receive an email from us stating that youre
credit card has been credited the appropriate amount.
Exchange Policy
You can also exchange all unworn merchandise to us within this same 21 day window,
as long as we receive it back in its original packaging. We will reship you youre
new items within 5 business days, and will either credit or charge youre credit
card the appropriate amount. PlanetBuff.com will pay for 1st class USPS back
to you.
If the merchandise returned to us is not in its original condition, we will
return it back to you via 1st Class USPS service. We will 1st contact you to
let you know of this situation.
During the Holiday season each November/December, we will extend the Return/Exchange
Procedure until January 15th.

Large Orders Return Policy
For any order 10 units or more, there
will be a 15% restocking fee.
