Buff® Warranty

BUFF® products are manufactured using the highest quality 100% polyester microfiber and craftsmanship know to man. All BUFF® products are made using proprietary knitting processes that virtually eliminates defects. The amazing and talented BUFF® R&D team in Spain, is always searching for new products and improved manufacturing processes.

PlanetBuff.com will provide a warranty against manufacturers defects for up to 1 year. PlanetBuff.com will replace , at our opinion, any BUFF® product purchased thru PlanetBuff.com that we find to be defective-exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, as well as mis use or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping charges.

If it is determined by PlanetBuff.com, that your BUFF® product is covered by this 1 year manufacturers defect warranty, PlanetBuff.com will replace your BUFF® at no charge. There will be a $5.00 service charge to cover all processing fees. You will also need to mail a copy of your receipt from PlanetBuff.com to us at that time. If the design you are returning is no longer made BUFF®, you will be allowed to choose any design, within product category, that you would like.
